Bouchers actually don't need Review. Everyone worldwide knows that sale staff more than experienced and patient and you never leave this place without watches. Customer service is top.Tou may be surprised by some discovery's and information. They take time and not pushing to buy very quickly. Even young personal seems to be careful and really good.

What I like about Bucherer is they have easy tax refund. People can do refunds at the store , no need to wait at the airport. As usual, this store has no new Rolex watches in stock.

I always enjoy visting this location when in Lucerne. Made my first Rolex purchase here in July 5, 2024 which was a rose gold 40mm DayDate with sundust dial and diamond baguette hour markers and I’ve stopped in a a few times since then. The CPO salespeople I have worked with are also friendly. If you are looking for a high demand Rolex model like a steel SkyDweller with blue or green dial, just know that they probably won’t have it available for you and that is consistent across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Jannis was very attentive and patient in serving us. He tried to explain abt the pros and cons of each of the three watches professionally which allowed us to make a sound decision on the final one to purchase. We visited the boutique about 30 minutes after it opened in the morning. Even though it was Sunday, there were still quite a few styles to choose from. We were also lucky to have Ming Feng, as our sales advisor. Her professional and friendly attitude helped us find a watch we truly loved. We hope to see her again the next time we return to Lucerne!

My fiancée and I stopped by this boutique given how iconic it is to just look around when we were in Lucerne and the sales associate (Ainara) was very welcoming and let us try on pieces even though we weren’t seriously looking to buy anything. However after trying on the Datejust we absolutely loved it and thought it would be a memorable purchase with a lot of sentimental value as I had just proposed the day before. Unfortunately, the piece we wanted wasn’t available but Ainara told us to drop by another day as their inventory may change and to our surprise the last day of our trip when we stopped by again she remembered us and knew exactly the piece we wanted and after checking she confirmed that it was available. To say the least that experience and Ainara’s help made the purchase so much more memorable!

We visited multiple Rolex stores in Lucerne and Zurich, Switzerland. Among the dealerships, we felt most welcome in Bucherer at Schwanenplatz, Lucerne. The sales agent, YEZID Mohamed Omer was so accommodating. We visited twice and were offered several pieces. He did his best to meet our watch preferences. One of the best (if not the best) watch store in the world. You can find a lot of high level swiss watch brands including the house brand of Carl Bucherer. Make sure you that you have very deep pockets when you enter the store.
